Yeşiltepe is a region with new construction and infrastructure services, which is connected to the town of Akyeniköy with a wide flat area, which is approximately 25 km away from didim, 4 km from Akbük.

All properties here consist of villas and bungalows; there is no apartment block.

While Yeşiltepe does not offer sea views, the plots are spacious and surrounded by greenery, making it a peaceful place surrounded by beautiful mountains. While this makes it quite attractive, it has become quite popular in recent years and has become one of the most popular and growing holiday resorts in the Aegean Region.

There are a few local amenities available, such as shops and restaurants. There is currently a medium-sized supermarket. If you need a larger supermarket, you need to go to Akbuk or Didim, and if you need a bank, you need to go to Didim.

There is a minibus (dolmus), but it stops on the main double-lane road and you have to walk from there.
