Mavişehir is located just 4 km outside of Didim city center.

Mavişehir, a smaller and quieter coastal area of Didim, is home to local restaurants along the coast. In summer, there is a large evening market selling fruits, vegetables, clothing, etc.

As Mavisehir is a quiet area, it has long been a site area and has become even more popular in recent years following the establishment of the Grand Anatolian Hotel (now Prive) in the area.

Forest Camp is a camping area in Didim. This area, which has natural beauty, is located by the beach among the sea and pine trees. You can stay on the beach for a day trip or with accommodation, swim in the sea, have a barbecue, and set up camp. It is a gated and gated area with a very low entrance fee. A great day trip.

There are several medium-sized grocery stores, marketplaces, etc. It is about 15 minutes away from Altinkum by minibus.

There are no banks in Mavisehir, but there are ATM machines; you have to go to Didim to get to the bank.

Mavisehir has become more popular as new sites and villas are built, but it is still in a quieter location than Didim or Altinkum.
